Shipping policy

The Dainty Carrot offers domestic shipping in the United States only.

Orders for dried flower wreaths and swags are processed and dispatched within 10-14 days, as each one is made to order. They are packaged with the upmost care and FRAGILE is indicated on the shipping box. Orders for non-dried flower products are processed and dispatched within 3 business days. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped and a tracking number will be provided. I am not responsible for orders that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate the package and I will assist as much as I can. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of both the package and its content before discarding any packaging material, then contact me at hello@thedaintycarrot.com. Claims cannot be processed if the packaging has been discarded without photos. Any damage incurred during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier.
