How often is your seasonal shop open?
My shop is open with the changing seasons — March/Spring, June/Summer, September/Fall and December/Winter. I reserve the month of June for commissions and enjoying the abundance of fresh flowers for gathering and future drying. Please do not hesitate to contact me during that time.
What is your shipping policy?
Shipping is offered in the USA only. Wreaths and swags are processed and dispatched in 10-14 days, as each is made to order. Non-dried flower products are processed and dispatched in 3 days.

Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes. The packaging is 95% post-consumer waste, recyclable and is made in the USA.
What is your return policy?
My dried flower products are made to order and for this reason, I do not accept returns. All sales are final. I do accept returns on non-dried flower products. I must receive a return request by email to: hello@thedaintycarrot.com within seven days of receipt. It is up to my discretion to accept the return depending on the condition of the returned item(s). Item must be unopened and in the original packaging and customer is responsible for return shipping cost. A refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

How do I care for dried flowers?
Dried flowers can last for many years if proper care is taken. Keep them away from direct sunlight, a heat source and humidity. Indoor use is best to maximize longevity. Upon receiving your creation, please expect some breakage, shedding and naturally fading — this is normal and part of a flower’s ephemeral beauty. Please handle with care when removing from the packaging and hanging.
