Refund policy

My dried flower products are made to order and for this reason, I do not accept returns. All sales are final.

I gladly accept returns on non-dried flower products. Please note that I do not offer refunds. I must receive a return request by email to: hello@thedaintycarrot.com within seven days of receipt. It is up to my discretion to accept the return depending on the condition of the returned item(s). Item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You (as customer) are responsible for return shipping cost. Item(s) sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A refund will be issued in the form of store credit. This credit expires 1 year from the date it was issued. Please keep your original store credit.
